- The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is soliciting offers to procure for the construction of a fence line between Ft. Defiance and Chinle Agencies in Arizona.. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Attached the SF 1449. Solicitation No. A12PS00261, herein cited is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-54. The solicitation is set aside for small business. NAICS Code: 238990, Size standards in millions of dollars $14.0. Period of Performance will be 60 calendar days from issuance of the notice to proceed. Statement of Work Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, supervision, and incidentials necessary to provide re-construction of the boundary fence line between the two Agencies (Ft. Defiance and Chinle Agency).
