You may fax or mail your request to ATTN: CCAM-AL-L, Carol Hardage, Contracting Officer, or fax request to 256-842-7629. No telephone requests will be accepted. NOUN: Support, Seat Frame PRON: AX2Q0035AX, NSN: 1680-01-597-2691, PN: 3450-002-601 Quantity: 50 each applicable to the OH-58D. This item is restricted to Logistics Management Engineering, CAGE 1F499 because the data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing data annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
