- This requirement is for NSN 6620-01-256-7939, Indicator, Pressure, which is identified Bell Helicopter Company, CAGE 97499, Drawing 21400810, Rev F, Dtd 1992 with approved source of supply Pall Aeropower Corporation, CAGE 18350, P/N RC985UL03K. The RFP will cover requirements for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The estimated annual quantity is 156 each for the base and each option year. Offers will be solicited with a delivery of 112 days ARO. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. DLA Direct requirements only. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the procedures contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items for the described supplies or services. Clause 252.225.7021, Trade Agreements applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. No Internet Quoting Service (IQS) or Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) quotes will be accepted for this solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
