- USCGC PETREL - Pricing Sheet USCGC PETREL Specification Rev-0 USCGC PETREL - Combined Synopsis-Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HSCG80-12-Q-P45185 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-54. This requirement is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-aside using Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR Subpart 13. The NAICS is 336611 with a size standard of 1,000. A Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order for the base items is anticipated. The anticipated award date is on or about January 13, 2012. Work covered by this solicitation shall be completed within thirty-two (32) calendar days from the date the vessel becomes available to the contractor. The availability is scheduled to start on or about 20 March, 2012 and end on or about 20 April 2012. The Place of Performance will be at the USCGC PETREL (WPB 87350) home pier located at 2710 Harbor Drive North, San Diego, CA 92101.
