- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The U.S. Army Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, Mission & Installation Contracting Command, Installation Contracting Office, Fort Myer, VA on behalf of The Office of the Staff Judge Advocate, Military District of Washington (MDW), intends to award a sole-source firm fixed contract in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The Office of the Staff Judge Advocate has a requirement for technical on-site support for the jAVS audio and video (AV) equipment at the Fort George G. Meade courtroom. Period of performance 16 Dec 2011 - 23 Dec 2011 with an option period of performance 7 Jan 2012 -30 Sep 2012. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside procurement. The Government intends to make a sole source award to Jefferson Audio Video Systems, Inc (jAVS) under NAICS Code 334310. The solicitation will not be posted.
