- This amendment to Solicitation number W9124R12R0003 is issued to post the slides presented during Industry Day, to post the Industry Day attendance list, to remind interested offerors about the one-on-one sessions to be held in January 2012, and to provide driving directions for the one-on-one sessions. Requests for registration for the one-on-one sessions to be held in January 2012 must be received by 5:00 pm Mountain Standard Time (MST) on 29 December 2011. Requests shall be e-mailed to LAURA.Y.STJOHN.CIV@MAIL.MIL. All requests will receive a return e-mail acknowledging receipt of the request. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 24 hours (for requests sent Monday-Thursday) or on Monday morning (for requests sent Friday - Sunday) please re-check that you have sent it to the correct e-mail address. A maximum of 3 participants per offeror will be permitted during the one-on-one sessions. There will be four sessions per each offeror, limited to a maximum of 90 minutes with each commodity (technical) area. The purpose of the one-on-one sessions is to afford firms the opportunity to discuss the requirement in a more in-depth fashion with technical personnel in an effort to level the playing field. The Government will not entertain questions related to incumbent performance during these one-on-one sessions. The Government is not liable for any expenses incurred by an attendee or potential offeror in order to attend the one-on-one sessions.
