- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W91YTV-12-T-0015 is for Equipment Maintenance on four (4) Sterrad Sterilization Systems for Dwight David Eisenhower Army Medical Medical Center, Fort Gordon, GA. The aniticipated base period performance is on or about 23 January 2012 through 22 January 2013, plus two option periods (i.e. through 22 January 2015).
