Background: This is an annual renewal of this subscription. 4. Performance Period: The subscription period is one-year. Access is available 24/7. 5. Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price. STATEMENT OF WORK Contractor will create a full-text e-resource medical database that enables users to cross-search evidence based and authoritative references on a 24/7 basis.
