- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (SSC Pacific), intends tomodify contract N66001-05-D-0004 with Rosser Marine and Charter Company, Inc.in order to increase the option period estimated level of effort. The contractprovides for vessel operations, maintenance and repair of a government ownedresearch vessel. The contract was awarded 3 February 2005 against solicitationN66001-04-R-0047. There have been several delays in awarding the follow-on competitiveacquisition. The current contract will be modified to allow for continuedservices. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. Adetermination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to thisnotice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
