- E-85 Fuel BPA Solicitation Document Attached within this solicitation notice is the full solicitation document, including the Statement of Work for the FBI's Request For Proposal for an E-85 liquid fuel Blanket Purchase Agreement. The fuel is for the FBI Criminal Justice Information Services complex located in Clarksburg, WV. Any and all fuel delivery orders made under this contract shall be delivered to Clarksburg, WV. This requirement is a small business set aside. Please review the attached document for all terms and conditions of the solicitation and proposed contract. The dates of importance are as follows: Release of Solicitation: December 12, 2011 Questions Due: Questions shall be accepted at any time at the release of the solicitation yet are due by 8:00 PM EST December 19, 2011. Proposal Due Date: December 30, 2011 5:00 PM EST.
