- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT announcement only. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified businesses with special interest in seeking: Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) concerns. No solicitaiton is being issued at this time. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. All information submitted in response to this annoucement is voluntary. The Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VISN 7) anticipates a requirement for providing Electronic Subscription consisting of a collection of Journals in full text in the following fields: Nursing, psychiatry, medicine, pharmaceutical, patient education biomedical reference, allied health and behavioral sciences. These resources are used by clinician and medical personnel to enhance patient care. Interested parties shall submit the following information no later than Thursday December 15, 2011. 1. Service Capability Statement/literature. 2. Indicate ability to provide ALL medical journals as listed in the statement of work. 3. Indicate Busienss Size. 4. Point of Contact Information.
