- PR0043114845. Request for Proposal SPM4A6-12-R-0288, will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract for NSN 5855-01-151-4229, Mount Assembly. Solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-aside utilizing Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources. This is a non-commercial item. The purchase request quantity is 853 EACH. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. 100% quantity option is included. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The required delivery is 145 DARO. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). Export Control Applies. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. Subcontracting plan is not required. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Certified Cost or Pricing data is not required. Progress Payments are not included as the conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. Synopsis was posted to Federal Business Opportunities on November 22, 2011. The solicitation issue date is December 15, 2011. The closing date is January 17, 2012.
