- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) Philadelphia Site intends to solicit, on a 100% small business set-aside basis, for on-site office moving and furniture installation services to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD), Operations Department, Facilities Management Division. The services described herein provide for the moving of systems and case goods furniture within a NSWCCD building and between NSWCCD buildings at the Philadelphia Naval Business Center (PNBC), also known as the Philadelphia Navy Yard. The solicitation is expected to result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order. The Period of Performance will cover a Base Period of Five (5) Months and provisions for Four (4) Twelve (12) month options. This buy will be conducted using simplified acquisition procedures pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.5. Award will be based on the Low Cost Technically Acceptable offer. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 484210. Upon its release, the solicitation will be made available electronically at www.neco.navy.mil. A site visit will be scheduled approximately one (1) week after issuance of the solicitation. A hard copy of the solicitation will not be made available. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be considered for award. See www.ccr.gov for further information and instructions. The solicitation is expected to be released within 30 days of this posting.
