- This notice corrects errors in the original notice concerning the estimated contract award date, and announces the contract award. The North Dakota National Guard has awarded as a sole source solicitation on 12 Dec 11, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, a contract for the Joint Mentoring-Developing Leaders Training Program to Bismarck State College, 1200 Schafer Street, Bismarck ND 58506.
