- This solicitation is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. The Government has a requirement for new BRITE Star Block II (AN/AAQ-22E) systems, PIO items including WRA s, Engineering Services, CAVS reporting and data for the Navigational Thermal Imaging System (NTIS) BRITE Star Block II production hardware, Weapon Replacement Assemblies (WRA) and associated engineering services support for Star SAFIRE (AN/AAQ-22C), BRITE Star (AN/AAQ-22D), and BRITE Star Block II (AN/AAQ-22E). The Government anticipates entering into a 1 year C contract with both Firm Fixed Price and Cost-Plus Fixed Fee line items. These systems are currently in use on the USMC H-1 series aircraft and the USN MQ-8B Fire Scout aircraft. The FOB point for all items shall be FOB destination. Inspection and acceptance of the items shall be at source. This requirement will be negotiated on a sole source basis with FLIR Systems, Inc. 27700A SW Parkway Avenue, Wilsonville, OR 97070-8213, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements . The Contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration database, located at www.ccr.gov. The applicable NAICS classification is 334511. The solicitation attachments will be posted to FedBizOpps at the same time the solicitation is posted. FedBizOpps may be accessed at http://www.fbo.gov. and will close on or about 05 Feb 2012.
