- **THIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY** The Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) intends to modify the existing contract to exercise and provide funding for option year 2 for BMC software, licenses and maintenance renewal. This opportunity is available only to TKC Global Solutions, LLC, the current contractor holder. This contract was awarded through a competitive process. This modification shall be a Firmed Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This request is in support of the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical health (HITECH) Act provision of the American Recovery and Rehabilitation Act (ARRA) and Affordable Care Act (ACA) initiatives.
