- Delineated Area Map General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Ohio City: Akron/Richfield/Fairlawn/Bath Delineated Area: Beginning at the Northeast corner of I-271 and the border of Cuyanoga Valley National Park, continuing South along the border of Cuyanoga Valley National Park to Sand Run Road, continuing South on Sand Run Road to Highway 18, continuing West on Highway 18 to North Hametown Road, continuing North on North Hametown Road to Everett Road, continuing East on Everett Road to Southern Road, continuing North on Southern Road to I-271, continuing East on I-271 and ending at the Northeast corner of I-271 and Cuyanoga Valley National Park. See also attached map BOMA Rentable Square Feet (BRSF): Not to exceed 2,106 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) Square Feet: Minimum: 1,744 ABOA Square Feet, Maximum: 1,831 ABOA Square Feet Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 12 Parking Spaces (Surface): 12 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 15 years Option Term: n/a Additional Requirements: All space must be contiguous in one suite, on one floor, regularly scheduled public transportation must be within 2,640 walkable linear feet (WLF), daytime cleaning Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility (Architectural Barriers and Accessibilities Standards), seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced.
