- SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE This is not a request for proposals. This notice is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. The U.S. Coast Guard Aviation Logistics Center (ALC), Long Range Surveillance Product Line is performing market research to determine available sources to provide a High Definition LCD display with the following basic specifications: Power required: 28 VDC (+4, -8VDC) Dimensions: 8.5” (W) 8” (H) (No restriction to depth of display) Weight: less than 30 pounds Connectors: Power-PT02E-10-6P type, Signal-TRB triax or BNC coax type (two, loop thru) Mounting: provisions for ruggedized mounting Interested parties shall submit their business size and shall include any applicable preference program (i.e. 8(a), HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Small Business). Responses are due no later than 22 December 2011, 12:00pm EST and may be submitted via email to Cynthia.a.boone@uscg.mil or facsimile 252-335-6452. Questions concerning this sources sought notice may be directed to Ms. Cynthia Boone 252-384-7182. This sources sought notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. The information provided in this notice is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. The release of this notice should not be construed as a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought. Respondents are advised that the Coast Guard will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this notice.
