Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO RELEASE SOLICITATION (Posted on FBO 12 Dec 2011) FA8601-12-R-0009 Chlamydia Trachomatis and Neisseria Gonorrhea (CT/NG) testing System The United States Air Force, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio 45433-5309 is preparing to solicit for a firm-fixed price contract for equipment, supplies, support service, and reagents to perform second generation Nucleic Acid Amplification Technology (NAAT) for Chlamydia trachomatis and Neisseria gonorrhea (CT/NG) testing on or about 1 February 2012. This requirement is to procure instruments, supplies and reagents using NAAT technology for Chlamydia trachomatis and Neisseria gonorrhea detection in endocervical, male urethral specimens, and male/female urine specimens. The Department of Defense (DoD) has determined the Central Contractor Registration System (CCR) to be the single DoD registration point for contractors who conduct business or who are interested in conducting business with the DoD.
