- Initiative is for the set up of an Indefinite Quantity Type Contract with a base period of one year and four one-year option periods for NSN 3110-01-327-0607. This NSN is Source Controlled and is identified by Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (CAGE 78286) drawing SB2562 and P/N SB2562-101. The approved manufacturing source is Kaydon Corporation (CAGE 32828). DFARs 252.225-7016 applies to this NSN. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR part 15. Terms and conditions are FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. The solicitation will contain the estimated annual quantity as well as the minimum and maximum delivery order quantities. The solicitation will be issued on December 28, 2011.
