- BSM PR 0043549868. This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract solicitation for one NSN. This solicitation will consist of the following NSN: 1680-01-566-5137, Pulley Block, Aircraft, IAW Boeing Helicopter (77272), drawing 901-320-546 Rev 'Basic' part number 901-320-546-101. Source Controlled approved source is Chant Engineering (CAGE 7K419), part numbers 9377-00. FOB Origin. Quantity 387 each. This is not a Critical Safety Item. It is a stock buy. Origin Inspection is required. Requested delivery is 180 days ARO or best possible for the production units. This procurement is being solicited as an Unrestricted procurement. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other-Than-Full and Open competition applies. Configuration Control apply. Export Control applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is December 27, 2011. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about January 26, 2012.
