- SYNOPSIS for a Facilitator that has experience and expertise to facilitate USACE Partnership Council Committee Meetings between the US Army Corps of Engineers' Walla Walla District and Union Representation. DUE 12/21/2011 no later than 10:00 A.M. Pacific Time SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE FedBizOpps WEBSITE (http://www.fedbizopps.gov). Solicitation will be issued on or about 9 December 2011. The Contractor shall be required to provide a Facilitator to help bring about an outcome by providing indirect assistance, guidance, or supervision during the USACE Partnership Council Committee meetings. See the Performance Work Statement and solicitation for further details. ADMIN INFO: Solicitation is 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. For the purpose of this procurement, a concern is considered a small business if it does not exceed $7.0 million in average annual receipts.
