- Description
- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.603 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. However, Request for Quotation (RFQ) R12PS30105 will be issued simultaneously with this announcement to facilitate receipt of electronic quotes. The RFQ will be issued via www.fedbizopps.gov. This RFQ is issued under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), and will be competed unrestricted. The NAICS code is 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery Equipment Repair and Maintenance, and the size standard is $7.0 Mil. The Lower Colorado Dams Facilities Office requires the services of a Contractor, to remove and replace the broken axle shaft on the 1979 Wiggins Forklift, Model WG1864PTZ, Serial # 791040. The contractor must remove and replace the broken axle shaft, tear down and clean the axle, to include removal of any foreign material inside the differential. Provide all necessary materials, including oil, sealer, cleaner hardware and labor for the job. The RFQ contains the following: a description with quantities, and all applicable clauses and provisions. Quotes are due December 12, 2011 by 3:00 p.m. local time and may be submitted electronically, by fax, or by mail to: Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Region, Contracting Office (LC-3110), P.O.
