- Description
- The intent of this contract will consist of interior design work for the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Public Building Service, Region 5. This area includes, but is not limited to, the State of Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin. This will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for space planning and interior design services to support the Customer Project Service Center's (CPSC) mission of providing space to Federal Government Agencies throughout the region. Services will include but are not limited to: space requirement planning and reporting, block plans, furniture plans, design intent drawings, and contract administrative services. This contract will be awarded for a period of one (1) year, with four additional option periods for a possible of five (5) years in summation. The procurement will be set-aside for Total Small Businesses only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541410 with a size standard of $7.0 million. This is negotiated, best value procurement. The Government reserves the right to make more than one award from the solicitation. The solicitation will be available on or about December 12, 2011(actual date for receipt of proposals will be stated in the solicitation). The solicitation will be available for download through the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website ( www.fbo.gov ). All interested contractors must register with FBO in order to view sensitive but unclassified information, and this registration requires that the following information be completed: (1) An active Central Contractor Registration (CCR) account, and (2) Dun and Bradstreet DUNS Number. Offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and for monitoring FBO for amendments and/or additional information. Proposals will be due to the General Services Administration, Customer Projects Service Center, 77 West Jackson Blvd., Room 3300, Chicago, IL 60604. Electronic and fax proposals will not be accepted.
