- DRAFT Fort Bragg, NC Performance Work Statement DRAFT Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA Performance Work Statement DRAFT Dyess AFB, TX Performance Work Statement DRAFT Joint Base Charleston, SC Performance Work Statement A TENTATIVE schedule for the Aerial Delivery Services Pre-Proposal Conferences is provided for INFORMATIONAL and PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. USTRANSCOM/TCAQ-R anticipates issuing an RFP on or about 28 Dec 2011 for Aerial Delivery Services (ADS) in support of Air Mobility Command (AMC) air crew training requirements at Joint Base Charleston, SC; Joint Base Lewis McChord, WA; Dyess AFB, TX; and Fort Bragg, NC. A pre-proposal conference will be held at each of the four locations for the purpose of reviewing the solicitation, accepting questions, and touring the Government-furnished facilities. A TENATIVE schedule for the pre-proposal conferences is herein provided. A DRAFT copy of each Performance Work Statement (PWS) is also herein provided. This is NOT a request for offerors to submit proposals. This information is provided in advance of issuing the solicitation and is FOR INFORMATIONAL AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. A final schedule for the pre-proposal conferences and a final copy of each PWS will be provided when the solicitation is issued.
