- RFP 12-9-11 This amendment has been issued to revise the section 4.6 of the RFP as follows: 2.6 TRAVEL The Contractor will be reimbursed for travel to provide support at a Government Site or other site as may be specified and approved by the COR under this effort. All travel shall be approved by the COR prior to commencement of travel. The Contractor shall be reimbursed for allowable travel costs incurred during performance of this effort. Allowable travel and per diem charges are governed by FAR Part 31.205-46. Precise travel requirements are unavailable. The estimated total travel dollar amount for the Base and two Option Periods is $60,000.00. The estimated travel dollar amount for each performance period (12 months) is $20,000.00. Closing date remains the same.
