- The Contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, labor, transportation, materials and all other required items necessary to supply the complete list of journals/information for Veterans Affairs hospitals within Arizona. Resulting contract shall be a requirements type contract with a period of performance of Jan 01, 2012 through Sep 30, 2012, with four available option periods. Complete requirements are specified in the attached list of materials. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. The NAICS code is 424920. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued in a commercial format. This is a combined solicitation/synopsis. No other formal solicitation will be issued. It will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities web site listed at www.fbo.gov. No additional paper copies will be furnished.
