- TITLE: 1680; WIRE BUNDLE ASSEMBLY; F-4 AIRCRAFT ; WSIC T PR: 0042969996, ISSUE DATE: 26 DEC 2011; CLOSING DATE: 25 JAN 2012 NSN: 1560-01-211-8982; PR: 0028280279; Item: Support, Structural; P/N: 53G79262-12. The item intended sources are: Derco Aerospace, Inc. (CAGE 8X044), Boeing Company The (CAGE 76301) or Kitco, Inc. (CAGE 34087). DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the information be furnished by the government. This procurement is suitable for competitive acquisition, however requires engineering source approval by the design control activity. Any manufacturer, other than those listed above wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.dscr.dla.mil/userweb/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in an UNRESTRICTED Firm Fixed Price contract for 41 each. This is a Critical Application Item. This item is subject to Configuration Control and Export Control. Government First Article applies. The following terms apply: FOB DESTINATION; Inspection / Acceptance ORIGIN. Delivery for this procurement will be DLA DIRECT (STOCK) ship to: New Cumberland, PA 17070. The First Article is due 160 days from date of award (DARO). Production delivery will be 160 days after first article acceptance (DAFAA). Automated Best Value System (ABVS) and Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be 26 December 2011 with a closing date of 25 January 2012. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
