- Notice of Intent - Sole Source Date Posted:12/09/2011 Closing Date: 12/12/2011 4 pm Mountain Time The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 19 Rocky Mountain Region - Contracting, Grand Junction, Colorado, intends to award a sole source commercial purchase order in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. This notice document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-54, December 9, 2011. The North America Industry Classification System Code [NAICS] is 811219 Other electronic and Precision Equipment Repair & Maintenance (medical) and the size standard is $7.0M The government has determined that Scripto Pro USA Inc. is the only source that can satisfy this agency requirement. The requirement is for comprehensive support package "Gold- Level" (24/7) for SP200 Robotic Prescription Dispensing System for the VAMC - Sheridan, 1898 Fort Road, Sheridan WY 82801. All responsible sources may submit a response, which if timely received, will be considered by The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO19 Rocky Mountain Region -Contracting, Grand Junction, Colorado. This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids or proposals. Any company that feels they have items that meet the needs of the Government must submit their technical data (2 pages or less) to support their claim. The information must explain the company's ability to overcome propriety information. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this synopsis.
