- Pre-solicitation Notice W9127S-12-T-0013: This requirement is a representative of the Sources Sought W9127S12B0004 that was posted to www.fbo.gov on November 22, 2011. This solicitation will be advertised as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 212322, Product and Service Code is 5610 with a small business size standard not to exceed 500 employees. The solicitation is for a firm fixed priced commercial performance based service contract to provide maintenance material supply to deliver to at various areas within the areas of responsibility of the Greer's Ferry Lake Project Office. The applicable material supply schedule shall include top soil, fill material, screening material, aggregate material, sand, quarry run stone, B-stone, mini rip and concrete aggregate for septic systems. The proposed contract will be issued as an Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), with a Base and two (2) option years. Orders for contracted services will be issued when services are required and funded at the contract unit rates. Solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR 13.5. This solicitation will be issued via Internet only at the Army's Single Face to Industry Website (ASFI) on or about 23 December 2011. It is each offerors responsibility to download the solicitation from the website. No paper copies will be provided. Notification of amendments shall be made via the Internet as well. It is therefore the contractor's responsibility to check the ASFI website daily for any posted changes to this solicitation. Contractors may view and / or download this solicitation with all amendments from the Internet after solicitation issuance at the following Internet address: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_search_form.cfm and search for Solicitation number W9127S-12-T-0013. All offerors are encouraged to visit the Army's Single Face to Industry Website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi to view other business opportunities. Offeror's must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive a Government contract award. To register, the CCR Internet address is : http://www.ccr.gov.
