- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M0026312T1004 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-54 (https://www.acquisition.gov/far/index.html) and DFARS Publication 20111118 (http://farsite.hill.af.mil). This solicitation is issued as unrestricted with a North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement of 812930. This acquisition is for the procurement of parking passes, in support of 1st Marine Corps District, Recruiting Station (RS) Pittsburgh. FAR Parts 12.6 and 13.5 procedures are being utilized and the Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract for passes to allow for eighteen (18) vehicles to park on a daily basis for approximately 9 months, plus three (3) one-year option periods. The contract requirements for this procurement are outlined in Solicitation M0026312T1004. Applicable commercial provisions 52.212-1, 52.252-2, 52.212-3 and commercial clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 are located in the Solicitation, beginning on page 9. Any/all questions about on this RFQ shall be received in this office No Later Than December 14, 2011 at 1:00 PM EST. UThe closing date and time for this solicitation is December 20, 2011 at 3:00 PM (EST).
