- ****CONTRACTORS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE ACCESS TO CLASSIFIED DATA; CONTRACT AWARD FOR THIS ITEM IS LIMITED TO THOSE CONTRACTORS THAT HAVE A VALID AND CURRENT SECURITY CLASSIFICATION LEVEL OF "SECRET"**** End Item Application: AIRCRAFT, STRATOFORTRESS B-52; NSN: 5865-01-178-2734. This solicitation will contain one NSN for amounting, Modulator, Radio, Transmitter. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. This is a 1G item - DRAWING NR 28527 2622566. This is critical application item. Export Control applies; Restricted Technical Data with Classified Material. This procurement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Estimated Annual Demand Quantity (EAD) is as follows: Base Year EAD: 144 each, Option Year EAD: 144 each. First Article Testing (FAT) Contractor applies. Quantity variance is zero. Total FAT Evaluation, Testing and Delivery time = 267 Days. FOB: Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). In addition, Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must be registered via https://orca.bpn.gov. The final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about December 16, 2011. Full and open competition after exclusion of sources applies. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
