- THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE The Air Force intends to procure Special Packaging Instruction (SPI) Containers and Supplies. The containers must meet the government's drawings and comply with the terms of the SF 1449. As prescribed in FAR Subparts 4.11 and 4.12, all prospective offerors must obtain a DUNS number, have an "active" Central Contractor Register (CCR), and maintain an Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) in order to transact business with the Government. Failure to comply with the above mentioned regulations will result in an award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror. The Offer Due Date is 06 January 2012. The entire solicitation will be made available only on FedBizOpps (FBO) website at: https://www.fbo.gov. All information regarding this acquisition, i.e. solicitation, amendments, purchase specification, and Q &A's will be distributed through FBO. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. Please use the solicitation document attached to this posting for proposal submissions. Any questions concerning this requirement must be made in writing and sent via email at least THREE WORKING DAYS prior to the closing date.
