Please note that this acquisition is 100% Set aside for 8(a) contractors only. The Pacific Rim Region of the General Services Administration (GSA), Region 9 is seeking a contractor to provide custodial and grounds maintenance services at the Roybal Federal Building located at 255 E Temple St., Los Angeles, CA. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, tools, equipment, etc. necessary to provide full service custodial and grounds maintenance at the location described above.
