- ****ATTENTION****FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO Shane Jackson, Contracting Officer, via email shane.d.jackson@us.army.mil, or Fax 256-955-9237. No telephone requests will be accepted. NOUN: Spring, Helical, Comp; PRON: D11C0157D1, NSN: 5360-01-587-1018, PN: 13593179, Quantity: 6,025 each applicable to the Hellfire Weapon System (EP). F.O.B. Destination with delivery to New Cumberland, PA, 17070-5002. Required delivery is 6,025 each, 85 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to Lockheed Martin Corporation (Cage Code: 04939) and Marvin Land Systems, Inc. (Cage Code: 064H2) because the Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate or legible data to purchase this part from other that the current source(s). Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This acquisition contains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government.
