- This solicitation is to be issued as a Sole Source requirement to provide specialized staff support to develop specific documents, products and other critical deliverables to enable the achievement of full operational capability (FOC). This solicitation will be issued to R3 Strategic Support Group, Inc located at 875 Orange Ave, Suite 210 Coronado, CA 92118. It is anticipated that the award will be a firm-fixed-price type contract.
