- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is F5N2MX1309A001, Request for Quote. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 336413; size standard is 1,000 Employees. This acquisition is reserved for Small Business concerns. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contact. This requirement consists of furnishing all labor, expertise, equipment, materials, facilities, transportation, and appliances necessary for the procurement of Honeycone products identified for the repair of aircraft panels for Westover Air Reserve Base, Chicopee Massachusetts This requirement must comply with all the requirements set forth by the Department of Defense (DOD), Air Force (AF),federal, state, and local regulations. All products will be made in accordance to military specs MIL-C-7438. Any resultant award will be made to the lowest priced offeror providing a technically acceptable offer. All quotes should be sufficiently detailed in order to make that determination. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price contract. The period of delivery will be 3-6 weeks from the date of the award. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for updates/amendments to any and all documents. The following Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and its supplements (DFARS and AFFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition; 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, 52.212-1, 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer, and 252.232-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests.
