- MICS 1st Industry Days Registration Form This coordination notice is for industry participation in the MICS Pre-Solicitation Conference/Industry Days to be held in Huntsville, AL, 17-19 January 2012. There is no solicitation available at this time; the Government anticipates releasing a Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) prior to this MICS Pre-Solicitation Conference/Industry Days. The Government will not compensate industry participants for travel, lodging or any other expenses associated with this event. NOTE: All individuals wishing to attend the MICS Pre-Solicitation Conference/Industry Days must have a current Secret Clearance in order to participate; MDA escorts will not be provided. Participation in the Pre-Solicitation Conference/Industry Days is limited to four (4) personnel per company (CAGE Code). Interested companies are invited to participate in Government provided solicitation and technical briefings on 17 -18 January 2012, and a site visit on 18 January 2012. Optional Industry-Government One-on-One Sessions will be held on 19 January 2012. The Pre-Solicitation Conference/Industry Days will be held at the MDA Von Braun II facility on Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL. Registration will begin at 0700 hours on 17 January 2012 with meetings starting at 0800 hours daily. One-on-One Sessions will be limited to 30 minutes per company (CAGE Code). Demonstrations or capability briefings of any type will NOT be allowed during One-on-One Sessions. Companies are encouraged to prepare remarks and/or questions and have paper copies available for Government personnel for the One-on-One Sessions. Potential Prime Offerors may include potential teammates/subcontractors in their One-on-One Sessions. For MICS Pre-Solicitation Conference/Industry Day registration, submit the attached MICS Industry Days Registration form to MICS-IndustryDays@mda.mil. Title the e-mail with company name and MICS Industry Day (e.g. Company X_MICS Industry Days). Registration and Visit Authorization Requests (VAR) must be submitted no later than 1600 CST on 6 January 2012. Due to security requirements, registration requests received after this date and time may not be accommodated. Upon receipt of a timely registration, your company participants will be registered and scheduled for a One-on-One session (if requested). Registered company participants will be provided with a Visitors Package including the VAR submittal information and meeting location access instructions.
