- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) CI-50-0.10, Charge integrator for Piezo film gauges (pressure application range, 0.1kb and higher), Qty 5 EA; 2) C300-50-EKRTE (0.125 x 0.125 element) x 3 inch leads. Carbon stress gauge, 3 inches long, Qty 30 EA; 3) PVF2-11-0.125 X 3 inch leads. Piezofilm stress gauge with 3 inch leads, with 0.125 x 0.125 inch sensing area, Qty 50 EA; 4)Mn4-50-EK x 3 inch leads, element size 0.15x 0.15in. Piezoresistive Manganin stress gauge with 3 inch leads with 0.15 x 0.15 inch sensing area, Qty 10 EA; 5)Mn10-0.050-EFEP x 3 inch leads, element size 0.15x 0.075in. Piezoresistive Manganin stress gauge with 3 inch leads with 0.15 x 0.075 inch sensing area, Qty 10 EA; 6) CK2-50/0.050-300, 2-channel Piezo resistive Pulse Power Supply. 110VAC operation, Qty 2 EA; 7) Hands-On Gas Gun Course, 2-Attendees, 3-Day course. This requirement is sole sourced to: Dynasen Inc., 20 Arnold Place, Goleta, CA 93117 as all previous test data has been collected with these specific pins and gauges, and must be compatible with current equipment to maintain data validation to previous testing. Any firms believing that they can provide these specific items may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the date posted on this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product and without causing programmatic hardship.
