- SOURCES SOUGHT This Sources Sought is being issued for planning purposes only and it is not a solicitation or presolicitation. Responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. THE AIR FORCE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COSTS INCURRED BY INTERESTED PARTIES IN RESPONSDING TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT. The 628th Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Charleston, SC is seeking contractors who are capable of a rebuild of a High Pressure Air Compressor (HPAC), Bauer Model I230-40, to factory condition. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. Small and large businesses are sought. AT A MINIMUM, THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS REQUIRED: (a) A positive statement of your intention to bid on this contract. (b) Business Size, Duns, Cage Code, Tax ID, and Point of Contact All of the above information must be submitted in sufficient detail for a decision to be made on availability of interested businesses. Failure to submit all information requested may result in a contractor not being considered as an interested vendor. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310 with a small business size standard of $7,000,000.00 dollars. All prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. This is not a solicitation or presolicitation.
