- This is modification 6 to the synopsis entitled RUSSIAN LANGUAGE AND LOGISTICSSERVICES (RLLS) NNJ11401832R which was posted on July 28, 2011. You are notified that thefollowing changes are made: 1. A Draft Request for Proposal will not be issued for this procurement. However, a DraftStatement of Work will be issued in December 2011. The Request for Proposal is scheduledto be released on or before January 30, 2012. 2. NASA/JSC will be holding a Future Requirements Day and One-on-One Sessions withIndustry to discuss the RLLS procurement. Please see the attached documents for moreinformation. NASA/JSC does not intend to hold a Pre-Proposal Conference; however, keyfeatures and strategy related to the Request for Proposal are intended to be discussed atthe Future Requirements Day. Industry is encouraged to provide comments or questionsregarding the information that is released during the Future Requirements Day.3. The Russian Language and Logistics Services Acquisition Schedule is posted to thewebsite.The due date for responses is not extended. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. Thesedocuments will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWWbrowser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/JSC Business Opportunitieshome page is http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=D&pin=73 Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation andany amendments. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy ofthe solicitation and amendments (if any).
