- Desk and Bed Lights The standing quote will be for the period of one year. The requirements are estimates only and no guarantee is given as to the dollar amount to be purchased. Award will be in the aggregate by group to the offeror who represents the best value to the Government. The SQA consists of (3) groups with a total of 5 National Stock Numbers (NSNs), the items being desk and bed lights. Please see Item Purchase Descriptions (IPDs) and only submit a bid if the IPDs can be met. Any questions should be addressed to cheryl.applewhite@gsa.gov.
