- The National Park Service Cabrillo National Monument, CA intends to sole source to CTX Incorporated, 3808 North Sullivan Rd. Bldg 7, Spokane Valley, WA 99216 to perform the delivery and installation of the Tioga Special Double Vault Toilet Building to be purchased sole source through the GSA schedule GS-07F-0602N to CTX. This notice is being issued pursuant to FAR 6.203-1, 5.203 and 5.207. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency if received within 15 days of this announcement is issued.
