- Purpose and Objectives: The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential offerors capable of providing a vendor that can provide GOLD LEVEL SERVICE for MINNTECH SCOPE WASHERS, MODEL DSD -201 MEDIVATOR. Service includes all parts, labor, travel, zone charges and one (1)annual PM, on all four (4) scope washers. Service personnel must be certified to maintain/repair equipment specified. Place of Performance: Veteran Affairs Medical Center, Durham, North Carolina Response: Responses to this Sources Sought Notice should be able to demonstrate the firm's ability, capability, and responsibility to perform the principal components of work listed above. Responses should include the following information: Business name, address, business size and Socioeconomic Category (HUBZone, 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran, Small Business, Large Business, etc.), and point of contact to include e-mail address and telephone number. All information is to be submitted via e-mail at James.Brown14ec82@va.gov ; information provided will not be returned. All responses shall be in the English Language. Your responses will be due by 12:00 pm (EST) on Friday December 16, 2012. No submissions will be accepted after this date and time. Questions can be submitted electronically to James.Brown14ec82@va.gov This is a Sources Sought Notice and submissions will be used for informational and planning purposes only. This notice does not constitute a formal Request for Proposal (RFP), nor is the government obligated to issue an RFP. In addition, the Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. The Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this survey.
