- Nogales Kenneling Wage Determination Nogales Kenneling SOW Nogales Kenneling RFQ Customs and Border Protection has a requirement for dog kenneling services at Nogales, AZ. This solicitation will result in an award for services for base period of performance from 2/4/2012 to 2/3/2013 with two (2) option years. The current requirement is for twenty four dogs; however, that number can fluctuate if dogs come and go for temporary assignments. Note that kennel facilities must be within 30 miles of CBP location. Please see attached Statement of Work for details of requirement.
