- Lodging (65 rooms), Meals (300), and Meeting Rooms (8) in Long Island New York 11553 within a thirty mile radius of this zip code. The award will be a fixed price contract with a period of performance from 09-10 December 2011.This is a 100% small business set-aside. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services and materials as noted in the solicitation. Specifics requirements are 65 rooms. This acquisition is under the primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 721110 and a size standard of $30 Million. This is not a solicitation for Event Planning Services. An offer which requires the Government to execute a separate agreement with a third party hotel shall be deemed technically unacceptable. Basis of Award: Award will be to a single offeror. Award will be based on best value which represents the lowest priced offer meeting technical specifications. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed.
