- Mission Installation Command Contracting MCO - Ft. Knox, intends to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for installation and delivery of a four (4) position audiometric booth and the disassembly, removal, and transport of an old six (6) position audiometric booth. This solicitation will be solicited as a small business set-aside, all responsible and responsive small businesses may submit an offer for consideration. A firm fixed price purchase order will be awarded. NAICS 334510 (Size Standard: 500 personnel) applies to this procurement. The RFQ will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about December 8, 2011 with offers due on or about December 22, 2011. These dates are subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and the RFQ and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the website above. Anticipated award date will be on or about December 29, 2011. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award of a contract. Faxed offers or amendments will not be accepted. All offers must be submitted in writing to Elizabeth Mudd via email at elizabeth.a.mudd@us.army.mil or submitted through the Federal Business Opportunities website. All questions must be submitted, no later than December 8, 2011 at 10:00 AM EST, in writing to Elizabeth Mudd via email at elizabeth.a.mudd@us.army.mil.
