Description

The VA Medical Center, 1 VA Center, Augusta, Maine is seeking potential sources of ARCHITECT SERVICES with experience in residential construction projects. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment and qualified personnel to provide the following: Contractor shall provide archtect services, to include design development, specifications, local code specifications, ADA requirements, drawings (.pdf, not CAD) and other services for residential construction projects for eligible veterans approved for the Independent Living Program for the Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment Service at the Veterans Benefits Administration. The applicable NAICS Code is 541310 Architect Services, with a size standard of $4.5 Million. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. Responses to this notice should include the following: name and address of company/provider; business size; socio-economic category, if any; and experience providing design services on residential renovation projects. It is the VA's intent to issue the resultant solicitation UNRESTRICTED with weighted evaluation factors for SDVOSB/VOSB socio-economic categories, if appropriate.
