- This is modification 2 to the synopsis entitled Ground System Software for SAGE IIIon ISS no. NNL12ZB1001 which was posted on 10/03/11. You are notified that the followingchanges are made to the Specification document:1. Section 3.1 General Requirements - modify the first bullet to read 'Be commerciallyavailable' deleting 'with no dependencies on 3rd party software' 2. Section 3.1 General Requirements - remove the requirement for Capability MaturityModel-Integration (CMMI) Level 2 or higher certification3. Section 3.2 Software Requirements - delete the first bullet ('The software shallcomply with NASA Standard NASA-STD-8739.8, Standard for Software Assurance, Baseline 1,dated 07/28/2001')4. Section 4.0 Delivery Schedule - modify the delivery schedule as follows:Conversion of Command & Telemetry Database Delivered - 6 weeks after receipt of orderTraining (1 week) - 8 weeks after receipt of orderIn addition, FAR Clause 52.217-5, Evaluation of Options (July 1990), is herebyincorporated. Companies shall acknowledge all modifications in their quote. Offerors who havesubmitted proposals in response to the previous RFQ and modification 1 may revalidate orrevise their proposal in lieu of submitting a new proposal; however, offerors shallacknowledge receipt of all modifications.The due date for technical questions is changed to December 7, 2011 and the due date forthe receipt of offers is extended to December 8, 2011.Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet.These documentsreside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server which may be accessed using a WWW browserapplication.
