- The Government contemplates award of a FIRM FIXED PRICE contract with one base year and four option years for Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and Power Distribution Unit Maintenance (PDU)to be performed at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Ohio. A sources sought notice was posted previously under this announcement number. This requirement is expected to be a 100% set-aside for small businesses under the NAICS 811219. The small business threshold for this code is $19 Million dollars. This requirement is subject to The Service Contract Act and a Collective Bargaining Agreement. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: WPAFB requires a non-personal service provider to preventative, Emergency, or Unscheduled Maintenance as well as provide parts, UPS batteries, replacements and materials for all covered equipment. A more detailed description of the services and key personnel is found in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Prospective offerors and other interested parties are invited to submit questions and comments that will assist the Government in refining and improving the PWS to the point of contact identified in this announcement by 2:00PM EST on 10 December 2011.
